Activo provides educators with AI-driven tools to generate interactive educational activities (e.g., flashcards, quizzes). Independent users may utilize a free tier with limited generation capacity or upgrade to a Professional Plan for unlimited usage utilizing their own AI API keys.
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you choose to upgrade to a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the plan. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. You also agree not to bypass any security or usage limits.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Activo and its licensors. Content generated by users via AI is provided "as is" and Activo makes no claims to copyright ownership of the generated prompts.
In no event shall Activo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
